Each SEV candle is carefully handcrafted and poured to order. Subtle variations in colour, scent, and finish are part of what makes every piece unique.

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible, though slight differences may occur.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once placed, orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Orders are prepared within 2-5 working days. Delivery times may vary and are dependent on the courier service.

Once dispatched, SEV Candles is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

As each candle is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.

Where an issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

​

Items must remain unused and in their original condition.

Our candles are designed to be enjoyed with care. Please follow all safety instructions provided with your purchase.

All content, imagery, and branding remain the property of SEV Candles and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEV Candles shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website reflects acceptance of any changes.
