As each candle is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.
Where an issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Items must remain unused and in their original condition.
