Refund Policy
At SEV Candles, each candle is carefully handcrafted and poured to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
01 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
SEV Candles will cover the cost of shipping for replacements or refunds in these cases.
02 Returns for Other Reasons
If a return is approved for reasons other than a fault or damage, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging.
